Matt Whitman has been an integral part of the SPM team since 2018, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in various types of real estate transactions. A licensed realtor since 2006, Matt's career has spanned various facets of the industry, including a key role in the transformation of vacant warehouses into modern condos, where he gained hands-on expertise in construction and development.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). His extensive background, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, enables him to approach every project with a strategic and solutions-oriented focus.
Working with investors and renovating dozens of properties personally has given Matt the hands-on experience to confidently assess all issues relating to property management.

Brittany Hampton is a seasoned Regional Property Manager at Samson Property Management, with extensive experience in overseeing residential properties across the DC Metro area.
Licensed to practice real estate in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, Brittany has been dedicated to the property management industry since 2018. Brittany also has a unique expertise as she spent 10 years in managing both international and domestic relocations, as well as overseeing large-scale commercial moves for up to 1,000 employees. Her diverse skill set allows her to seamlessly handle complex property needs and relocation logistics, ensuring smooth transitions for clients and employees alike.
In addition to her role at Samson Property Management, Brittany is an active member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Young Professionals Committee and serves on the Property Management Advisory Board. Her passion for property management, combined with her commitment to community involvement, makes her a trusted leader in the industry.
James "Jamie" Whiting has over two decades of dedicated real estate expertise, from property management to fix and flips. He brings a wealth of knowledge and proven track record to help you navigate the intricacies of property management, leasing, buying, and selling real estate. He will focus on the development of the company, while maintaining relationships with clientele, both from a marketing and long term strategic prospective. As President of Samson Property Management, Eric oversees all aspects of the company and remains dedicated to providing clients with professional guidance and outstanding services.
